A barrel aged dark rum crafted with saltbush, pepperberry, sweet vanilla and clove offering and enhanced, salted caramel sweetness.

Native pepperberry and saltbush are often used to season, adding a savoury balance in contrast to the sweetness of this dark rum's vanilla notes.

Best served chilled or on the rocks.
