Batch Released - 450 bottles only

Once a year we put aside a single barrel of our best barrel strength Canefire.

Instead of cutting it down with water, as we do for our other Rums, we use a carefully selected blend of Port from the lush surrounds of the Swan Valley, Western Australia.

Small Batch, as the name suggests, is a limited batch of only 500 bottles per batch.

Each batch is blended down to a flat 40% ACL with a different combination of fortified to ensure each batch is truly unique.

Batch #14 Notes: White Port and 8 YR Muscat

With tones of amber and a soft peach blush, this spirit indicative of soft autumn colours found in nature. Swirling the glass exposes the long legs and lacy top. To the nose, #14 unleashes a fragrant bouquet of hardwood blossom, wild-flower honey, and rose. Upon first taste, you will be greeted with a silky, creamy mouthfeel and a complex maple, cherry, and date sweetness.
