2 YR Canefire Barrel Shavings 2014 to 2016

Barrel Shavings from French Oak barrel seasoned with Canefire from 2014 to 2016 (100g)

Characteristics:

Light bodied rum, fruity and tropical. Subtle Oak tones with a dry Shiraz finish.

Usage:

Add 20-30g to 1L of Nuetral Spirit, Vodka or Light Rum.

Allow to rest for 2-3 weeks. Checking for color, smell and taste intermittently.

Strain through coffee filter to remove oak/shaving solids. Re-use shavings until all character and color has dissapeared.
