As most White Rum's produced in the southern Caribbean Islands, Canefire White is light in body and texture. We achieve this with our very own quality Australian sugar cane through a process which sees carbon dioxide bubbled through our refined brown sure to even lighten the smooth taste you come to expect from Canefire.

This spirit is perfect for refreshing tropical cocktails or even sipped over ice accompanied by a slice of lime.
