Re-discovered on the back of an old family birth certificate a list of botanical nearly a century old was brought to life through a gentle steeping process that extracts their unique individual characters to form a modern symphony of taste.

Kimberley Rum Company is owned and operated by the Passmore Family who have lived in Western Australia for eight generations. The first to set foot on our great state was Henry Passmore, a Crimean war veteran who lied about his age to shovel coal for Her Majesty’s Royal Navy at the age of 14. He then went on to settle in the Perth Colonies and ran the Swan Dredge. The Swan Dredge was known by the local wags as the "Governor’s Yacht".
