The Maiden represents the bold beauty of the West Australian coastline with a nod to traditional maritime ties whilst embracing the journey and sense of adventure.

Classic Canefire Dark has been spiced with traditional and native Australian botanicals to craft a bright, summer driven rum.

Vanilla, cinnamon and clove have been overlaid with lemon myrtle and toasted wattle seed to create a refreshing and unique result. Lemon myrtle is a native flowered shrub which imparts a floral, citrus note, without being too zesty. The subtle toasted, nutty characteristic of wattle seed marries the lemon myrtle to the traditional spices present in this dark rum.

Over the bar here at our Great Northern Distillery tasting room this rum is by far our most poured drink when mixed with dry ginger and a squeeze of lime.
