Canefire Credits Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
The Kimberley Rum Company’s ‘Canefire Credits Rewards Program’ is operated by Kimberley Rum Company Pty Ltd. By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
How do I join the Rewards Program?
To join our Rewards Program, simply sign up an account with the Canefire Online Shop Front available at http://www.canefire.net/
You can earn Canefire Credits on eligible purchases immediately.
Once you have registered your Account, you will receive a login for an online account where you can set a password and view your Canefire Credit balance and transaction history. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so please keep your login and password confidential.
Earning Canefire Credits
When making a purchase from the Canefire Online Shop Front your eligible points will automatically be tallied and displayed for you. On completion of your purchase your account will be allocated ‘Canefire Credits’ to be used for discounts and further purchases.
The number of ‘Canefire Credits’ you will earn on a purchase is unique to the item/s purchased modified by a multiplier available to some special items. Some items, at some times, may earn more (or less) ‘Canefire Credits’ than others.
How do I redeem points?
When you make a purchase from the ‘Canefire Online Shop Front’ you will be given the option to allocate ‘Canefire Credits’ to your order. This will reduce the overall cost of your order. You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.
What if I lose access to my Account?
Please contact our admin immediately via the ‘Contact Form’ at http://www.canefire.net/ and they will do their best to recover your account. Please allocate up to 5 business days to repair a lost account.
What else do I need to know?
We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if you don't use your ‘Canefire Credits’ to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each item and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at http://www.canefire.net. Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
‘Canefire Credits’ are not legal tender and cannot be traded or represented as such. They are in no way redeemable for cash, services, or goods, that are not explicitly made available.
Kimberley Rum Company Pty Ltd may deduct from the Canefire Credits balance in a members account any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
These Terms and Conditions apply to our Rewards Program in Australia, and are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
