Canefire No.5 Premium Australian Rum is the result of over two decades, and two generations, of distillation by the Kimberley Rum Company.

Blended from 14 french oak 225 L barrels aged no less than 5 years and each with a unique taste, smell and colour to form one bold Australian Rum.

This undosed dry rum has aromas of cinnamon, baking spices and shortbread cookie over an earthy base accented by a minor floral note. Canefire No. 5 sits medium on the pallet with a grass and herbaceous, clean mineral driven quality. Bright as it is warm. Hints of ash and flint, finishing off with subtle spiced orange and pepper.

This locally made rum has been lauded at blind judged spirit competitions throughout the world. We are proud to punch well above our weight.
